You’ve likely heard that home staging can help you get top dollar for your home in addition to helping your home sell quicker. My services can help relieve some of the stress of selling your home. Typical recommendations include removing and/or rearranging furniture, cleaning and de-cluttering, painting and small repairs, adding or removing artwork, purchasing or repurposing accessories (rugs, lamps, pillows, blankets, etc.), and ideas on how to style shelves and tabletops.
I have six years of experience decorating client’s homes. My interest in décor began long before that though and I have transformed every room in our home and had my rooms featured on popular Instagram pages and websites including Better Homes and Gardens, Cottages and Bungalows, Sweet Country Homes, Pier One Imports, Urban Barn, and Décor Steals.

Virtual Staging – Main Floor (up to 5 rooms)
$200
Virtual staging begins with a 20- to 30-minute virtual consultation (via Zoom or FaceTime) so I can visualize your space and make recommendations. Within 2 business days, I will provide you with recommended changes. Typically, these involve removing and/or rearranging furniture, de-cluttering, adding or removing artwork, adding accessories (rugs, lamps, pillows, blankets, etc.), and ideas on how to style shelves and tabletops. The final report includes a checklist with a separate section with things you will need to purchase (depending on your budget). I can also make paint recommendations if needed. This is the best option if you want the expertise of a home stager and are interested in doing the work yourself.
Virtual Staging – Whole Home (up to 10 rooms)
$325
This includes all the benefits of the Main Floor Virtual Staging but applies to the whole home.

In-Person Staging Full Service– Whole Home
2-3 bedroom home $400
4-5 bedroom home $500
The process begins with a 30-minute in-person visit so I can visualize your space and the required changes. I will also ask to see décor items you may already own that could be used in the staging (e.g., dishes, baskets, pillows, blankets).
Within 1-2 business days I will provide you with a short list of jobs that need to be completed before I return for the final visit- these often include cleaning, removing large unnecessary pieces of furniture, painting, and small repairs. At the same time, I will also provide you with a shopping list of items to purchase for optimal staging (typically pillows, mirrors, inexpensive art, rugs, plants, and accessories). This package includes 1 hour of accompanied shopping to a home décor store in Ottawa.
During the final visit, I will rearrange furniture (with your help), de-clutter, add or remove artwork, add accessories (rugs, lamps, pillows, blankets, etc.) and style shelves and tabletops. The final visit will typically take 3-4 hours.
